Most of the time though its benefits are only perceived to be at the body level and we fail to realize the immense benefits yoga offers in uniting the body, mind and breath. When you are in harmony, the journey through life is calmer, happier and more fulfilling. I think I should start with this video for beginners. I have to admit that every woman I know that practices yoga has improved her body amazingly...but this is not only for women, if you know what I mean!
